The Property

The guest lounge opens onto a wide verandah, which is elegantly furnished in cane. The floor to ceiling bi-fold doors are open to the breeze and to the sights and sounds of the prolific birdlife that abound around the property.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the seclusion of the two acres of lush gardens surrounding the building.  These tropical gardens provide plenty of shaded areas to take in the ambience.

The swimming pool reflects the shape of the lagoon below with wonderful views out to the ocean. Two huge shade sails provide ample cover if you are only flirting with the sun or you can slap on the lotion and soak up the rays to your heart’s desire.

The seaward side of the property has an extensive lawn with lush gardens of cycads, grevilleas, crotons, bamboo, gum, frangipani, bougainvillea, mahogany, coconut trees and many other exotics. Paved walkways meander past palms and pandanas to a small mango orchard that feature’s a tropical pond filled with lilies and other aquatic plants.

Amsara’s location, aspect, established gardens and casual ambience combine to make it a beguiling place to simply relax and reflect.
